My Story
Choosing a coach is a personal experience.
You are making a decision on whether you can trust your coach with the parts of yourself you’d rather keep private. It’s a deeply personal experience and it makes sense to take your time with it.
To feel into whether there could be a good fit.
I spent nearly two decades in senior HR roles before I came to coaching. That work took me inside some of Europe's most complex organisations — through mergers, acquisitions, cultural upheaval, the kinds of leadership challenges that rarely appear in case studies. HR done well requires you to understand people at the level of what actually drives them, beneath the surface they present. I loved it for that reason.
I always knew I wanted to coach. I also spent ten years telling myself I wasn't ready. Looking back, that was probably accurate. Those years gave me something that couldn't be shortcut — including the experience of doing my own serious inner work, without which I wouldn't be a coach worth sitting with.
Fifteen years into this practice, I work with senior leaders at moments of genuine transition.
When the expectations have shifted, when the old approaches are losing their purchase, when something new is quietly asking to be found — and when the leader in question is willing to look inward rather than simply restrategise.
My approach draws on embodied and somatic work, systemic constellations, EMDR, and Focusing. These aren't techniques I apply. They're ways of being present to what's actually happening in a person — what the body is carrying that the mind hasn't named yet.
I don't have an agenda I'm working through in our sessions. I follow what's emerging. I'm practically minded, but I don't do surface-level work — the two aren't in conflict.
I'm direct when it serves, warm throughout, and I have a particular interest in what isn't being said.
If you do your best thinking when you're given genuine space rather than being managed toward an outcome — you may find this way of working suits you.

Starting Point
If you’ve read this far and something resonates — even quietly — I’d welcome a conversation. No obligation. No pitch. Just an honest exploration of whether we might be a good fit
